BASIC LINE

AC14
The AC 14 combines exceptional power with maximum precision. Tramec’s proprietary, water-cooled drive system ensures thermal stability and constant process reliability even under continuous load. The flexibility of the spindle variants makes it a versatile all-rounder for demanding machining in aerospace, rail vehicle construction, and model making.

AC15
The AC 15 is designed for light and medium part machining and excels as a universal milling head for high-performance machining. High damping properties ensure precise results when machining steel and cast iron as well as roughing aluminum, CFRP, and GFRP. A powerful all-rounder for use in aerospace, rail vehicle construction, and model and prototype manufacturing.
EVOLUTION LINE

AC10
The AC10 is designed for heavy-duty machining and, thanks to the use of state-of-the-art drive technology, offers virtually all options in the classic machining environment. Despite its comparatively low dead weight, it features very high rigidity, setting benchmarks in its class. The AC10 reliably meets even the high demands of titanium machining.

AC8M150
The AC8M150 is designed for the requirements of HSC machining and masters even demanding HSC steel machining beyond the standard thanks to its monolithic design. The modular structure of the drives provides the necessary flexibility without sacrificing the low weight and high structural rigidity typical of Tramec.

AC8M300
The AC8M300 is based on Tramec’s proven monolithic design and brings significantly more power to HSC machining with a torque of 3,000 Nm on both axes. The modular design of the drives ensures the necessary flexibility to reliably master even above-average requirements in HSC steel machining.

EVOLUTION 3D
With three simultaneous axes, the Evolution 3D is consistently designed for high-performance machining of structural components. Its unique design keeps the dead weight low, allowing for maximum acceleration with minimal moving mass. Ideal for time-critical machining of complex components in the aerospace and automotive industries.

AC7M
Low weight, high structural rigidity, and universal applicability: The AC7M was consistently developed for the machining of medium and large components. The combination of dynamics and precision makes it a milling head that is equally impressive in aerospace, rail vehicle construction, and model making.

AC11
Small, light, and fast: With a net weight of only 265 kg and swiveling speeds of 360°/s, the AC 11 brings remarkable dynamics to machining. Despite its compact design, it delivers the precision and performance required for demanding materials such as steel, cast iron, and composites.

AC16
The slim design of the AC 16 makes it the first choice for efficient 5-axis machining in compact machines. With a net weight of only 220 kg and a swivel range of ±360° and ±110° respectively, it moves precisely where other milling heads are simply too large. Designed for machining aluminum, composite materials, and wood up to Ureol.
